Welcome to

Love Tel Aviv?

So do we

Embrace

the city

spirit in

our

welcoming house.

Our Story

From Jaffa to the beach, through the historic Neve Tzedek to the kicking downtown, and up to here. Just like the train that once passed near here and took this route, we too live and breathe this city on all its levels. Tel Aviv is our main source of inspiration. Authentic and rich, old and new. A city of tradition and past and present and future. A city that is an international Bauhaus center and a symbol of renewal, creativity, and progress. A city that is home to the best creators and artists from all fields. A rough and gentle city, tough and sensitive.

On these foundations, we built our space, which is all about a love story with this city. A space located in the heart of a neighborhood that used to be the first Hebrew industrial area of Tel Aviv. From here, it observes and is influenced by the city for its never-ending cultural wealth.

House no. Seven is the new incarnation of the “Seven” events complex.

“Seven” was founded in 2011, and throughout its years of activity has been a Tel Aviv, urban, modern, and contemporary event venue. A place that hosted tens of thousands of people, and became over the years a symbol of professionalism and an unforgettable experience. We are taking the experience, knowledge, and precision we have accumulated over the years, our great team, and the winning location with us, and are now giving the complex a new identity and a fresh face. We are excited to host you in our new-old house, and invite you to come, get to know, and fall in love.

Our professional and dedicated team will accompany you from the first moment to the last guest. With full sensitivity and listening – we will dream together, create, and fulfill our shared vision in full.

The Architecture & Interior Design

Between the city center and the new business area, our complex is housed in a former steel factory from the 1950s. This impressive and spacious concrete, glass, and metal structure, with its high ceiling, as well as the green courtyard, were decored in a design that makes use of natural materials that give a feeling of warmth, ease, and comfort. We drew inspiration for the design from the Californian modernism movement of the mid-20th century, from the heyday of the European orangery, and from the bohemian people of Tel Aviv who established its character back in its early days. From the world of inspiration that crosses borders and continents, we set out to build a place that tells an eclectic story, embodying within it all the characteristics of each of its foundations and thus.

A polished concrete floor was combined with a floor of basalt stones from the Golan Heights, original solid wood doors from the 1960s next to huge 6-meter-high Belgian windows.

120 modern brass painted lighting fixtures with 3D printed glass and dimmed romantic garlands wrapped in moonballs. Wall cladding with natural poplar wood from Spain, and columns made of artistic handmade concrete. Carrara marble in the bathrooms, Italian quartzite stone in the open kitchen, and marble bar. Besides all these, a huge amount of plants, with a green wall consisting of thousands of seedlings in the yard, and mature fruit trees that shade and bloom in the center. Perfect harmony, between a rough industrial appearance and a modern and cozy boho-chic, and between a central space and a courtyard full of greenery, connected together to create a unique and special indoor-outdoor experience. All this, in the heart of the city.

European

hospitality meets

bold innovative

Mediterranean

cuisine

The Kitchen & Bar

From our spacious open kitchen located in the heart of the central space, we create menus specially adapted for every event. A kitchen that is constantly in motion – according to time, seasonality, and intuitiveness. In constant search for new and exciting flavors. Mediterranean cuisine, which uses a lot of olive oil, amazing vegetables, great meat, fresh fish, and the best local produce. Food we serve with delicacy, precision, and attention, maintaining an uncompromising standard of hospitality.

No event or meal would be complete without the right alcohol to take part in the celebration. Therefore, along with the food coming out of the kitchen, we also maintain a careful selection of the drinks that will accompany your event at the bar. We are proud to serve cocktails prepared on-site by our mixologists, from seasonal fruits and vegetables, natural syrups, and fragrant herbs, alongside local Israeli wine, from Golan Heights wineries.

And after a

festive feast

Comes a popping party

The Party

So after we’ve drunk, eaten, and had our fill of a rich and rolling feast, it’s time for the party. Tel Aviv, the “non-stop city” and the bastion of Israel’s nightlife, is known worldwide as one that knows how to party. Inspired by the city’s clubbing scene, we designed the party dance floor in our complex in a way that would provide the ultimate solution for a continuous event until the wee hours of the night. First, with the most advanced sound system, which provides a warm and enveloping sound. Intimate lounge seating areas behind the DJ stand with low couches (for those who prefer the backstage experience). Bars are scattered around in a way that allows you to reach for a drink and get back to the heart of things. And above all – over 300 lighting fixtures are positioned around the place, designed by the international lighting designer Eran Klein, with a construction that hangs from the ceiling and is operated by 8 motors, so that it rises and falls at peak moments.

A place to celebrate love and joy.
